Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is seeking a Contracts Support Specialist to join our Owner’s Advisor team supporting the Medical Enlisted Training Campus (METC) Recapitalization Program at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. This mission-critical initiative will deliver five modern dormitory facilities for up to 6,000 joint-service medical students and the associated infrastructure.\nWorking alongside government leaders, military stakeholders, designers, and contractors, you will help manage risk, protect the government’s interests, and support the successful delivery of a high-profile Progressive Design-Build program. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark campus, advance innovative delivery methods, and help shape the future of large-scale Air Force infrastructure programs.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nProvide contract administration and commercial documentation support to the Owner Advisor team. \nDevelop clear records and analysis for authorized Government and Parsons decision-makers without assuming contracting officer authority.\nMaintain the agreement obligations, deliverables, correspondence, notices, and commercial action registers.\nCoordinate scope-change documentation, supporting estimates/schedule analysis, and approval routing.\nTrack potential changes, authorized modifications, commitments, and supporting records without directing unauthorized work.\nSupport GMP documentation, payment reviews, supplier-related protections, and commercial risk discussions.\nCoordinate questions with corporate contracts, procurement, legal, and the Government’s authorized representatives.\nSupport DBO contract options, warranty/closeout records, and auditable commercial handoffs.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in business, contracts, construction management, or related field and 5+ years of contracts or construction contract administration experience.\nExperience with change documentation, payment support, obligations tracking, and careful handling of commercial records.\nStrong writing and analysis skills and ability to distinguish technical advice from contractual direction.\nAbility to obtain and maintain unescorted access to JBSA Fort Sam Houston.\nAbility to communicate effectively, maintain accurate records, collaborate across disciplines, and handle project information in approved systems.\nAbility to maintain a one team mentality amongst all stakeholders.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nNCMA certification or comparable relevant training; federal construction/design-build experience.\nOTA exposure, open-book GMP, off-site fabrication payments, and operating-service agreement support.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
