In this role you will provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nWork within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team\n\nProvide technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA’s Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate\n\nDevelop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nMaster's Degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 12 years of experience\n\nExpertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, and object classification\n\nExpertise in electronic protection\n\nSystems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules\n\nPrior experience in Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis and mitigation development\n\nExpertise in Electronic attack/protection modeling development to support analysis and requirements development\n\nExperience in developing technology maturation plans to transfer potential technologies to program offices\n\nActive Secret clearance and the ability to qualify for a TS/SCI clearance\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nActive Top Secret/SCI clearance\n\nKnowledge of MDA systems engineering processes\n\nKnowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals to include radar limitations\n\nKnowledge of electro-optic fundamentals\n\nKnowledge of radar hardware and design\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
