Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cyber Workforce Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor - Forces & Readiness\nPosition Overview\nThe Cyber Workforce Analyst will support DoW cyberspace workforce management, readiness, training, qualification, and force generation initiatives. The role will analyze workforce requirements, qualification standards, training needs, and readiness data and provide recommendations to senior leadership.\nResponsibilities\nSupport cyber workforce management, readiness, training, qualification, and force generation activities.\nAnalyze cyber work roles, workforce requirements, qualifications, and readiness gaps.\nApply DCWF and DoD 8140 standards to workforce planning, tracking, and coding.\nSupport Joint Force Trainer (JFT)/Joint Cyberspace Training Authority (JCT) and joint training activities.\nMap KSAs to applicable training, certification, education, and qualification requirements.\nDevelop and maintain cyber workforce qualification matrices.\nDevelop workforce metrics, analysis, and reporting to identify gaps and inform senior leadership and policy.\nProvide technical analysis and recommendations on cyber workforce and readiness matters.\nCoordinate with senior-level stakeholders and organizational partners.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical/business field - 15+ years related work experience and - previous project management experience on similar or related projects and - broad general technical and business background. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree. \nDemonstrated experience with the DoW Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) and DoD 8140 series.\nDemonstrated knowledge of DCWF workforce elements, proficiency tiers, qualifications, tracking, and coding.\nDemonstrated experience supporting USCYBERCOM JFT/JCT or related joint cyber training programs.\nDemonstrated experience with military training pipelines, joint training standards, and cyber workforce qualification processes.\nDemonstrated experience developing qualification matrices and mapping KSAs to training, certification, education, and qualification standards.\nDemonstrated experience developing workforce metrics and analysis for senior leadership and policy development.\nStrong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\nAbility to interface effectively with senior-level leadership and stakeholders.\nActive DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
