In this role, you will provide analytical insight and program leadership for large, high-impact programs, projects, and related contracts.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nManage program and project implementation, contributing to department goals and planning efforts.\nLead multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, tracking activity, requirements, resources, and progress.\nMaintain and improve program performance by identifying process efficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.\nLead teams in developing program resources, operating goals, objectives, and protocols.\nDesign and oversee comprehensive program evaluation frameworks; assess effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.\nAnalyze complex data and functional areas, develop solutions, and recommend program enhancements and strategic initiatives.\nCollaborate with senior and executive leadership on program objectives and strategic planning.\nSummarize and present complex analyses and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners.\nGuide stakeholders through key decisions and coordinate activities across departments.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.\nServe as a trusted advisor, internal consultant, and subject matter expert for major program initiatives.\nProvide expert-level technical and/or operational support to projects and programs\n.\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in a field related to the function.\n8+ years of related professional experience.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nAdvanced knowledge of program management, life-cycle development, and project management practices.\nAdvanced technical and operational proficiency in the relevant functional area.\nAbility to lead, mentor, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong data collection, management, analysis, and reporting skills.\nAbility to make sound decisions, exercise independent judgment, and manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to varied audiences.\nActive Secret security clearance\nWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring:\nExperience developing project management models for forecasting resource requirements and addressing contractual issues.\nExperience presenting strategic recommendations to senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners.\nFamiliarity with data visualization and reporting tools.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
