In this role, you will get to design, build, and test in-house equipment, develop supporting technical documentation, and provide hands-on customer support-including field deployment-for mission-critical systems.\n What You'll Be Doing:\nDesigning and developing ruggedized/embedded equipment configurations to meet program and customer requirements\nBuilding out and assembling equipment in-house, including integration and testing of hardware components\nWriting and maintaining clear technical documentation, including build guides, deployment write-ups, and configuration references\nTroubleshooting hardware and system issues, providing responsive customer support to internal teams and end users\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, field support) to ensure equipment meets performance, size, weight, and power requirements\nSupporting equipment testing and validation prior to deployment\nTraveling to field locations as needed to deploy, install, configure, and support equipment on-site\nIdentifying and evaluating alternative components or vendors when existing solutions do not meet program needs\nMaintaining accurate records of equipment configurations, inventory, and lifecycle status\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nRefer to Job Description for Education and Experience Requirements\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience with ruggedized computing/server hardware and embedded systems\nFamiliarity with remote management technologies (e.g., Intel AMT, iLO, IPMI)\nStrong written communication skills for technical documentation\nCustomer-facing troubleshooting or technical support experience\nWillingness and ability to travel for field deployments\nWorking knowledge of hardware integration, cabling, and system testing best practices\nExperience supporting government, defense, or mission-critical customer environments\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
