Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nJob Description:\nParsons is currently seeking a Digital Advisory Consultant to support the delivery and continued development of Parsons X consultancy services focused on critical infrastructure, including Aviation, Transportation, Water/Wastewater, Ports, and Bridges.\nYou will contribute as a “seller/doer,” supporting business development activities while delivering and coordinating digital advisory projects across the service life cycle. Additional responsibilities include supporting key accounts, assisting with proposals, and collaborating across geographies and disciplines to deliver practical, innovative solutions within Parsons X.\nSupports technical and project delivery activities within Parsons X. Works under the direction of project managers and senior technical staff to coordinate internal and external project tasks and reports to the Parsons X Director, Digital Advisory, IT, Development and Data Solutions.\nUS based, work from home, or work from a local Parsons office. National and International Business travel (Middle East) as needed to conduct internal/external workshops, facilitate project meetings, host training sessions and attend conferences.\nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupports the preparation of project budget estimates, staffing plans, schedules, and work plans under the direction of project and functional managers.\nContributes to project goals, delivery plans, and resource coordination for assigned tasks.\nTracks assigned project budgets, schedules, risks, actions, and deliverables and communicates potential issues to project leadership.\nSupports team coordination, onboarding, knowledge sharing, and the professional development of junior staff as assigned.\nIdentifies potential project opportunities and assists with proposals, presentations, client research, and other pre-contract and business development activities.\nMonitors the quality and progress of assigned work and coordinates with Project Managers to address staffing, quality, schedule, or productivity concerns.\nAssists with the development and maintenance of standards, procedures, templates, and guidance for digital advisory and project delivery activities.\nParticipates in the Quality Improvement Program and supports project compliance with applicable quality requirements.\nPerforms work in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, client requirements, and corporate policies.\nProvides task coordination and day-to-day guidance to junior staff or project team members when assigned, without formal personnel-management authority.\nMaintains awareness of relevant digital delivery technologies, industry practices, and emerging trends and shares knowledge through internal or external forums.\nCoordinates with internal teams, clients, partners, and appropriate external groups in support of assigned project activities.\nTravels up to 35% to support onsite workshops, project meetings, training sessions, conferences, and program delivery needs.\nCollaborates with internal and external technology partners to develop and improve digital delivery approaches, capabilities, and services that add value for projects and clients.\nPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.\nPREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, GIS, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\nTypically 7-12 years of experience supporting infrastructure, consulting, technology, or digital delivery projects.\nExperience contributing to business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client engagement.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate across market sectors, business lines, and technical disciplines.\nExperience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across different geographic, organizational, and technical environments.\nExperience supporting multiple phases of digital solution delivery, such as discovery, requirements, solution design, implementation, maintenance, and transition.\nUS Citizenship; experience supporting the US Federal Government or international clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, or Qatar is preferred.\nAbility to obtain a US security clearance.\nSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:\nWorks effectively across business consulting, engineering consulting, and technology integration environments.\nHas contributed to projects involving business consulting, engineering consulting, or technology integration for infrastructure and public-sector clients.\nSupports solution development, digitization planning, technical implementation, and business process improvement to create value for projects and clients.\nDemonstrates the ability to coordinate technical personnel and assigned work, promote safety and quality, improve processes, mentor junior staff, and communicate effectively.\nExecutes and coordinates moderately complex tasks with appropriate guidance and escalation.\nMaintains working knowledge of current technology and relevant engineering and digital delivery software.\nPrepares and delivers focused briefings to project teams, clients, and management and contributes to effective problem solving.\nUses sound judgment to identify significant issues and involve project or senior management at the appropriate time.\nCommunicates effectively through written, spoken, presentation, and consulting engagements and adapts tone and content to the audience and activity.\nBuilds productive working relationships across departments and corporate Global Business Units.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
