In this role you will get to perform a variety of document control functions for a project or department\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nMaintaining document registers\nAccess Permit applications\nAccommodation and transport bookings\nDistribute documents in EDMS to relevant parties\nAssist in production of periodic reports\nDocument quality checks\nGeneral administration tasks that may include data entry and preparation of correspondence.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nMinimum 10 years experience in administration or document control.\nExperience with EDMS preferably Autodesk Cloud (ACC).\nGood organization and time management skills.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nPrior experience with Autodesk Cloud (ACC) EDMS - preferable but not essential.\nFamiliarity with ParDOCs preferable but not essential\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.\nWe truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
