Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nDocument Controller\nAl Dhafrah Region, Abu Dhabi, UAE\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Document Controller to join our team in Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi. In this role you will perform a variety of document control functions for a major infrastructure project.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCoordinate document flow between project operations, engineering, construction, and support teams.\nManage document control processes using electronic document management systems (EDMS) and ensure adherence to project procedures.\nRegister, track, and distribute incoming/outgoing documents; maintain databases, logs, and transmittals.\nEnter data and generate status reports using MS Office and project-specific systems.\nScan and archive documents for electronic storage and maintain structured filing/retrieval.\nMaintain document distribution schedules to meet project timelines and client requirements. \nSupport general administrative tasks (filing, typing, telephone support) as required.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years document control experience in an engineering design/consulting or project environment.\nArabic-speaking with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficient computer and keyboard skills, including MS Windows and common office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nStrong hands-on experience with ACONEX and/or Procore will be an advantage.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
