Job Description:\nParsons is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the Program Management Office (PMO) on a major, multi-disciplinary infrastructure program in Riyadh. This is a hands-on, client-side PMO role, responsible for controlling, tracking, and governing project documentation across PMCMs, designers, contractors, and internal PMO teams. The role ensures that project information is accurate, traceable, compliant, and audit-ready, enabling reliable reporting and decision-making.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nRegister, track, control, and distribute all project documentation including drawings, submittals, correspondence, RFIs, and reports.\nEnsure compliance with approved document control procedures, naming conventions, and distribution matrices.\nMaintain strict revision, version, and status control across all project documentation.\nSupport daily operation of the EDMS (e.g. Aconex, Unifier, SharePoint, Primavera PCM).\nMonitor submission timelines, review cycles, and approval workflows in line with PMO governance.\nTrack overdue documents and coordinate follow-ups and escalations where required.\nPerform periodic checks and audits to ensure document completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.\nSupport archiving, handover, and close-out processes in accordance with contractual requirements.\nAct as a primary document control interface between the PMO, PMCMs, designers, and contractors.\nCoordinate with planning, cost, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment between documents, schedules, and baselines.\nSupport system inductions and procedural briefings for PMCMs and contractors.\nMaintain document registers, logs, and trackers.\nPrepare regular document status reports and compliance metrics for PMO management.\nSupport ad-hoc client and PMO requests related to document traceability and records.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in document control or information management on large infrastructure or construction programs.\nExperience in PMC / PMCM / PMO or client-side environments.\nStrong working knowledge of EDMS platforms (Aconex, Primavera PCM / Unifier, SharePoint, or equivalent).\nExperience working in KSA / GCC project environments.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nStrong attention to detail and document integrity.\nClear understanding of document control as a PMO governance function, not clerical support.\nProactive, hands-on, and delivery-focused.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.\nGood English communication skills.\nConfident interfacing with PMCMs and contractors; strong team player.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
