In this role you will have opportunity to work directly with our world-class transportation team on major regional, large scale engineering projects and gain invaluable experience in transportation infrastructure!\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nComplete assignments for development of construction documents including drawings, specifications and estimates.\nAssist with development of drainage design (including stormwater management) to support new roadway, railroad, and other transportation related projects.\nMay perform material quantity takeoffs, estimates and surveys.\nUse design software and CAE/CAD applications to implement project designs\nProvide input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and other Engineers working on the same project.\nPerform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.\nWhat Qualifications You'll Bring:\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in civil engineering, or related field\nMinimum GPA of 3.0\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing\nStrong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills\nEager to learn, self-motivated, and flexible\nExcellent organizational and management skills\nWorking knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Microstation is a plus\nSecurity Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
