In this role you will get to maintain the installed Security System.\nThe Electronic Security System Manager’s overall responsibility will be to implement proper inventory and chain of custody requirements assisting the Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF) and maintenance/troubleshooting of installed Security System. The ideal candidate will have logistics experience within the US Military that has experience particularly in munitions and maintenance and troubleshooting skills of installed Security System.\nMust be willing to relocate to Qatar\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)\nThe candidate shall manage, escort and monitor critically advanced technologies/Stand Off Weapons and is responsible for maintaining accountability and accurate inventory of serialized aircraft assets in secure storage facility at all times.\nThe candidate shall access secure storage facility for all critically advanced technologies assets issuing, escorting, removal and return operations.\nThe candidate shall annotate all asset movements in and out of the secure storage facility in a logbook. \nCandidate will provide security oversight and inventory control \nMonitor and dispatch 24/7 for unannounced alarms and implement required corrective actions and repairs\nof Items.\nCandidate must have great organizational skills and the ability to look ahead and anticipate the customer’s needs.\nCandidate must be team oriented and be able to adapt to local host nation customs and rules\nCandidate must be flexible and adapt to host nation requirements, while still maintaining contract\nRequirements\nMaintain company-required performance and maintenance records utilizing the government supplied inventory tracking and work order database for identified equipment.\nPerform preventive maintenance functions as directed.\nPrepare reports of tests results and assessments of key electronic systems to ensure efficient operations.\nIdentify operational or maintenance defects with various components and find suitable replacements.\nInstall, troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic equipment, including controls, power supplies, gauges and sensors.\nUse a variety of tools and test equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and Volt/Current/Ohm multi-meter.\nPull and terminate low voltage signal and network cables.\nInstall, fusion-splice, and terminate fiber optic cable.\nRead and understand installation as-built design plans, electronic and construction schematics, and manufacturers’ literature for electrical and electronic components.\nAttends work regularly and observe approved work hours in accordance with company leave and attendance policies.\nSchedule - Availability for after-hour and weekend work is required.\nPrepared to shift to other sites when there is a need to surge efforts.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nCollege degree or equivalent experience required\nCandidate must have a minimum of 4 years US Military experience in aviation/security service managing the diversity and complexity of munitions/logistics/supply systems and/or related programs\nExperience with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), intrusion detection systems (IDS, automated access control systems (ACS) and basic networking \nMust be willing to relocate to Qatar\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nShould be Lenel/Milestone - Vindicator, LINX Predator Elite (LPE) or other similar electronic systems certified within the last year and can re-certify.\nFall protection training, lift training, confined spaces training and fiber repair training is a plus\nStrong skills in MS Office, with extensive experience and knowledge of Excel and MS Project.\nAdditional Certifications in IDS, ACS and CCTV systems is desired\nLicensure and/or Certification - Must possess a valid driver license and automobile insurance.\nTechnical Skills/Knowledge - Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the correct and safe use of hand and power tools, soldering iron, and test equipment; ability to install and maintain CCTV, surveillance video cameras and access control equipment; Ability to learn and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mobile radios and associated emergency vehicle equipment.\nForklift license is a plus.\nAbility to gain the proper driving certificates for special access areas.\nMunitions experience. \nLogistics experience.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS\nPhysical Requirements:\nIn general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nRoutine lifting of objects 50-80 pounds such as drills, conduit benders, pipe threaders, cable pullers, and other equipment related to the electrical trade. Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders; scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects, operation of power and manual tools/equipment, and operating office equipment\nWork Conditions:\nTypical assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions.
