The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, driving technological advancement and directlyimpactingArmy modernization and support to the warfighter.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResearch, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet organizational and societal needs.\n\nImplement andoptimizeprocesses for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials and resources.\n\nDevelop new materials and technologies to enhance product performance andleverageadvancements.\n\nAnalyze the environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems.\n\nSupervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability.\n\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges.\n\nEstimate project timelines andcosts, andsupport planning and budgeting efforts.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s toMaster’sdegree in any engineering discipline.\n\n3-10+ years of professional experience in engineering.\n\nTS/SCI is required\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\n\nProficiencyin relevant engineering tools and software.\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
