Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.\nParsons is seeking a motivatedField Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater team in Los Gatos, CA. This role offers significant hands-on experience in the field while also supporting essential project documentation and coordination tasks. You will work closely with the Construction Team and Chief Inspector to ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nSupport quality control by documenting non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.\n\nCollaborate and coordinate with other field inspectors and managers.\n\nAssist with tracking and updating logs for RFIs, NCRs, and other construction documentation.\n\nBe able to perform administrative duties under the direction of project management.\n\nContribute to monthly progress reports, RFI reviews, As-built drawing reviews, equipment list coordination, QC documents, and meeting minutes under guidance from the Chief Inspector.\n\nRequired Skills:\nAt least three years of experience in CM, office engineering, field engineering, and/or design of utility infrastructure construction projects\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).\n\nStrong understanding of construction processes and willingness to work primarily in the field.\n\nAt least three years of recent experience using CM software systems\n\nBasic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Bluebeam, and P6, with familiarity with construction documentation.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
