In this role you will get to lead and oversee the successful execution of field projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, safety, and quality standards..\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLeading and managing construction and security systems field projects, ensuring successful execution within budget, timeline, and quality parameters.\nCoordinating with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nOverseeing the installation, integration, and maintenance of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.\nManaging construction activities, including coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction codes.\nDeveloping project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to established goals and objectives.\nConducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.\nManaging project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.\nProviding leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project execution.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nLeadership and communication: Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills for guiding teams and collaborating with stakeholders.\nConstruction and security systems expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of construction and security systems processes, methodologies, and best practices.\nPlanning and problem-solving: Proficiency in project planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving to ensure successful execution and address challenges.\nAttention to detail and adaptability: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability to manage project documentation and adjust plans based on changing circumstances.\nValid Passport\nValid Drivers License\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years’ related work experience is required with at least 3+ years in a leadership role at a field site. Enrollment in PM certification program is preferred, but not required.\nSafety certification: Possessing a recognized safety certificate, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment. Including OSHA30 certification Holding an OSHA30 certification, indicating a thorough understanding of occupational safety and health regulations.\nQuality control experience: Having experience in implementing and managing quality control processes to ensure adherence to project standards and specifications.\nRisk assessment and management: Proficient in conducting risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.\nProject management experience: Demonstrating expertise in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of a project to achieve successful outcomes.\nDesign understanding: Having a solid understanding of design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure project requirements are met.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
