In this role you will get to serves as the first point of contact for fleet-related questions and issues and plays a critical role in ensuring vehicles and drivers are properly onboarded, maintained within company systems, compliant with registration requirements, and effectively managed throughout the vehicle lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nServe as the first point of contact for the Fleet Department for drivers, managers, and internal stakeholders. \nProvide guidance regarding fleet policies, procedures, systems, and processes. \nManage the fleet-related portions of the driver onboarding and offboarding processes including driver setup, vehicle assignments and returns, required documentation, system enrollment and updates. \nCoordinate the addition of new vehicles to the fleet and ensure all required vehicle information is accurately entered into fleet management and internal systems. \nCoordinate vehicle delivery and assignment activities with drivers, internal stakeholders, dealerships, and the Fleet Management Company. \nManage vehicle offboarding activities, including vehicle returns, transfers, disposals, and removal from fleet systems. \nMaintain accurate vehicle and driver records throughout the vehicle lifecycle. \nUtilize established systems to manage driver and vehicle information, registrations, vehicle lifecycle activities, and other fleet-related functions. \nCoordinate with drivers, regional leadership, transportation providers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely vehicle transfers. \nRecommend practical, cost-effective solutions to address vehicle movement, assignment, and operational needs. \nMonitor the telematics platform and assist with driver- and vehicle-related issues. \nIdentify potential issues, discrepancies, or connectivity concerns and take appropriate action or escalate when necessary. \nReview vehicle connectivity, mileage, location, utilization, and other fleet data as required. \nServe as a primary day-to-day contact for the program’s Fleet Management Company. \nAssist with fleet reporting, vehicle inventories, utilization reviews, and data analysis. \nSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of fleet policies, processes, and procedures. \nMaintain confidentiality of driver, vehicle, and company information. \nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. \nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent). \nMinimum of five years of professional experience within a corporate fleet department or fleet management environment. \nExperience supporting or administering a fleet of 100 or more vehicles. \nStrong knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and safety requirements. \nDemonstrated experience managing driver onboarding and offboarding activities. \nExperience administering vehicle assignments, returns, transfers, and other vehicle lifecycle activities. \nExperience managing vehicle registrations, renewals, documentation, and compliance requirements. \nFamiliarity with fleet management systems and telematics platforms. \nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. \nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance. \nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions. \nEffective written and verbal communication skills. \nDemonstrated knowledge of analytical techniques, administrative and management methods, budgets, and other administrative areas. \nStrong customer service and relationship-management skills. \nAbility to work effectively with drivers, managers, regional leadership, vendors, dealerships, transportation providers, and external partners. \n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nCertified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) credential. \nPrevious experience working with Enterprise Fleet Management or similar as a Fleet Management Company. \nExperience supporting a geographically dispersed or nationwide vehicle fleet. \nExperience working with telematics platforms and fleet utilization reporting. \nExperience with fleet analytics, reporting, and data reconciliation. \nExperience with toll management platforms. \nExperience identifying process improvements and supporting operational change initiatives. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. \n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
