This is an opportunity to combine hands-on cyber forensics knowledge with leadership, mentorship, and process improvement in an environment where technical excellence and mission success go hand in hand.\nIn this role, you will lead a team responsible for performing host-based forensic analysis across a range of operating systems, identifying and interpreting key forensic artifacts, and producing high-quality technical reporting to support customer objectives. You will help ensure the team applies sound forensic methodology, maintains technical rigor, and adapts as new tools, technologies, and tradecraft emerge. Your leadership will be essential in driving consistency, quality, and mission impact across the team’s forensic efforts.\nThis position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise and people leadership. You will work closely with a highly capable team of cyber forensics analysts, providing day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and support while helping team members grow their skills and advance their careers. From team lunches and ice cream socials to family-friendly seasonal events and technical learning opportunities, we work hard to create an environment where people can do meaningful work and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead a team performing advanced cyber forensics analysis in support of customer mission requirements\nOversee host-based forensic analysis across multiple operating systems and environments\nGuide the identification, collection, examination, and interpretation of forensic artifacts\nEnsure the team produces clear, accurate, and actionable technical reports on forensic findings\nMentor analysts and foster continued technical development and career growth across the team\nPromote forensics best practices, technical rigor, and continuous process improvement\nEvaluate and incorporate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to strengthen forensic capabilities\nPartner with technical leadership and stakeholders to ensure high-quality analysis and mission success\nHelp develop a collaborative, high-performing team culture centered on excellence and innovation\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nGCFE or equivalent cyber forensics certification\n Bachelors and 8+ years (or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree) of hands-on experience conducting host-based forensic examinations across Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems\n3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, responsible for managing a team of forensic analysts, assigning cases, and performing technical peer review of forensic reports\nDemonstrated experience within the last three years supporting a laboratory accredited underISO/IEC 17025, including SOP development, internal audits, and quality assurance procedures\nStrong understanding of digital forensic methodologies, investigative techniques, and reporting standards\nAbility to lead technical teams in a dynamic cybersecurity environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring\nExperience leading cyber forensics teams supporting Government or national security missions\nExperience working across multiple operating systems and diverse technical environments\nStrong knowledge of forensic tools, workflows, and artifact analysis techniques\nProven success improving technical processes, analysis quality, and team performance\nPassion for mentoring, coaching, and developing highly technical cyber professionals\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
