Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for a sharp Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team!\nIn this role you will get to support key activities in defense of emerging threats in the cybersecurity domain. You will work as part of a team that develops and tailors capabilities with the goal to prevent and eradicate cyber threats to critical U.S. systems.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nWork as part of an extended team to define and design systems to meet information protection needs and continually assess systems effectiveness in defense of emerging threats.\nDevelop, enhance, deploy, and maintain a complex software application in a cloud infrastructure in compliance with customer security requirements.\nConfer with mission customers and Systems Engineers to derive software requirements, obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.\nCreate software interfaces and dashboards.\nImplement recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.\nRecommend new technologies and processes for continuous improvement.\nCollaborate in agile scrum cycles, contributing to design sessions, conducting peer reviews, and providing support for testing and documentation\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\n Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph\nBachelors degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree\n10+ years of experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience\nProficiency with Linux OS, Web App Frameworks (e.g. Svelte, Vue, Angular), JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL and relational databases.\nFamiliarity with Elastic Search, Docker, and Python.\nExperience working within an IC Agency mission environment using tools and capabilities to generate threat intelligence. This includes working with analyst teams to perform data analysis.\nExperience with Agile and SAFE methodologies\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nStrong ability to grasp new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training, and interaction with other team members\nAbility to communicate with technical team members, managers, and customers.\nFlexibility to deliver in accordance with scheduled priorities that may shift in a dynamic cyber environment.\nAbility to automate workflows and processes using scripts and tools\nKnowledge of best practices in cybersecurity particularly as they apply to gathering intelligence and analytics to identify threats.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
