In this role, you will provide operational, logistical, and project coordination support by managing schedules, meetings, documentation, taskings, and reporting requirements. You will assist with business continuity, mission assurance, risk management, and process analysis activities while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support the development of briefings, communications, and training materials, and help maintain proficiency in mission assurance tools and systems.\nWhat You'll Be Doing: \nSupport office operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes.\nCoordinate schedules, meetings, virtual collaboration sessions, and VTC requirements.\nMaintain administrative products and documentation, including badge buddies and staff packages.\nSupport records management activities in accordance with applicable policy directives.\nAssist with project planning, timeline tracking, metrics reporting, and continuity project initiatives.\nCoordinate meeting logistics, prepare minutes, track action items, and distribute taskings and reporting requirements.\nAssist with business process analysis, business impact analysis, and documentation of essential functions and essential support activities.\nSupport business continuity planning, component liaison programs, and risk management documentation and coordination.\nDraft and coordinate briefings, talking points, strategic communications, and other communication products while supporting stakeholder engagement and working groups.\nSupport training activities, demonstrations, and user assistance related to business continuity, mission assurance, and MAST toolsets, including CPT, LIT, NROM, and EMSEL.\nRequired Clearance:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly. \nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelors Degree and 2+ years of related experience. \nExperience in business analysis, project coordination, program support, or a related field, with an understanding of project management principles, business continuity concepts, and fast-paced organizational environments.\nAn adaptable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach, with strong follow-through and a commitment to continuous improvement.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration tools, along with the ability to quickly learn specialized databases and mission assurance systems used for data analysis, metrics reporting, and document management.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear reports and briefings, facilitate meetings, present information to diverse audiences, and build effective stakeholder relationships.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver high-quality results both independently and as part of a collaborative team.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nFEMA level 1 certified (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire).\nProject management training or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).\nBusiness continuity or emergency management related certifications.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
