In this role you will get to create compelling visuals for a number of major transportation projects in Indiana and Kentucky through impactful design. We have great projects; we need your graphic design skills to help our messaging come to life! Media experience and comfort in working on deadlines is a plus.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCreate visuals to support public involvement and communications for diverse transportation projects\nDevelop content for monthly social media calendars including graphics and motion graphics\nCreate meeting materials including project display boards, presentations, handouts, signage and more\nDevelop a variety of collateral materials including handouts, fliers, postcards, website graphics, charts, tables and more, adhering to brand standards\nCreate unique logos and brand standards\nCapture video and photos\nProduce short videos for use on social media and project channels\nAssist in proposal development including layout and supporting graphics\nMeet deadlines while working in a collaborative environment\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nAssociates degree in design, visual communications or related field or completion from an accredited design/graphics course\n2+ years of related design experience\nProficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator\nExperience in video editing software including Adobe Premiere and After Effects\nDemonstrated creativity and professionalism and strong organizational skills\nAbility to distill complex ideas into compelling visuals\nStrong knowledge of design principles and print and digital standards\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality work\nExemplary professional attitude and demonstrated ability to exercise excellent customer service and support\nCollaborative attitude is a plus as you work closely with the public involvement team\nExperience working in public sector communications and graphics is highly desirable\nExperience with transportation and/or other large infrastructure projects desirable\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
