Quality Control & Design Integrity:

  • Implement robust quality control processes to ensure that all interior design elements meet the highest luxury and craftsmanship standards.
  • Regularly review design deliverables, ensuring they comply with the client’s vision, international building codes, and local regulations.
  • Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction and fit-out, coordinating closely with contractors and on-site teams to resolve any design-related issues.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all interior design matters, understanding their expectations and ensuring the design exceeds them.
  • Present interior design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and progress updates to clients, incorporating their feedback while maintaining the integrity of the luxury design vision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget & Schedule Management:

  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure that the interior design aligns with the overall project budget and schedule, without compromising luxury quality.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates for interior design elements, ensuring selections align with project budgets and financial objectives.
  • Monitor procurement and delivery of materials, furniture, and finishes to ensure timely completion in line with project milestones.

Sustainability & Innovation:

  • Integrate sustainable and innovative design practices into luxury interiors, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions without sacrificing aesthetics.
  • Stay updated with global trends in luxury interior design, ensuring the latest innovations and technologies are incorporated into project designs. What Required Skills You'll Bring:
