In this role you will get to work within a new PMO working on major highways / infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nReview the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain those schedules and budgets.\n\nIdentifies and documents changes in scope.\n\nAssists in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned projects, monitoring progress to maintain those procurements.\n\nAssists in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability.\n\nCoordinates with other personnel from all technical support groups within the Company and from third parties.\n\nAssists the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervision, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.\n\nEnsures client criteria and scope are met.\n\nParticipates regularly in decision-making meetings with the client, design consultant and contractors.\n\nMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications\n\nCooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering\n\n3+ years of related work experience.\n\nProficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering\n\nProficiency in using design software and undertaking / reviewing all associated calculations\n\nExperience in reviewing third party designs and coordinating comments for approval\n\nExperience of working within a multi-discipline team environment\n\nProactive approach to own activities and helping in other disciplines, as far as practically possible, to assist in PMO overall efficiency.\n\nProven working experience as a Project Engineer\n\nAdvanced MS Office skills\n\nFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards\n\nProject management and supervision skills\n\nDecision making ability and leadership skills\n\nTime management and organization skills\n\nSaudi Nationals only.\n\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nPrevious experience of working in a PMO desirable\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
