Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented IT Support Level 2 Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to focus on providing excellent user support, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, and learning from more experienced team members.\nThis role will only be supporting externally facing customer platforms, and not internal Parsons IT systems.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nProvide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for client platforms and not internal Parsons IT systems, including:\n\nWindows 11 environments and Dell laptops.\n\nCisco Meraki infrastructure (basic troubleshooting of switches, wireless access points, etc.).\n\nMicrosoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune MDM.\n\niOS device setup and management using Apple Business Manager.\n\nAssist with monitoring IT systems and escalating issues to Level 2 support or senior team members as needed.\n\nSupport ticket resolution through Zendesk or similar platforms, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.\n\nHelp maintain IT documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.\n\nPerform basic asset management and inventory tracking.\n\nPromote security best practices and assist with endpoint management.\n\nParticipate in training opportunities to develop technical skills and knowledge.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n1-2 years of IT support experience or equivalent coursework/internship\n\nexperience.\n\nBasic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint,\n\nExchange).\n\nFamiliarity with IT ticketing systems like Zendesk or similar platforms.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\n\nA willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the team.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to Cisco Meraki systems or similar networking tools.\n\nBasic understanding of endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune.\n\nFamiliarity with iOS device setup and management.\n\nRelevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, Microsoft MS-900).\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
