In this role you will get to lead project-wide document control and records management.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead, manage, and provide guidance and training to a team of Document Controllers.\nOversee all project document control and records management activities in accordance with project and corporate requirements.\nEstablish, implement, and continuously improve document control procedures, workflows, and standards.\nManage and maintain Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), ensuring efficient document control, tracking, and archiving.\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on document control processes and requirements.\nLead the administration and coordination of electronic workflows and document management systems with service providers.\nEnsure the proper receipt, distribution, filing, retrieval, and retention of project documents and records.\nCoordinate document control training activities to ensure effective utilization of project systems and procedures.\nGenerate periodic document control and performance reports for project management.\nLead document control audits and support compliance reviews and process improvement initiatives.\nMonitor document control performance and recommend system and workflow enhancements.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree or professional qualification in a technical or related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in document control, records management, or project information management.\nExperience leading and supervising document control teams within engineering, construction, or infrastructure organizations.\nStrong experience with Aconex, Encompass, Citrix, or similar Electronic Document Management Systems.\nExperience with electronic workflow management, document tracking, archiving, and records retention processes.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a project environment.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience on rail, metro, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.\nExperience with Oracle Primavera Contract Manager (PCM).\nAdvanced Aconex administration and workflow management experience.\nExperience supporting large-scale multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects.\nKnowledge of project controls, project delivery processes, and governance requirements.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.\nWe truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
