Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Roads Engineer to join our team. In this role you will get to work on many amazing and state of the art projects in the Kingdom and GCC.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead and produce the technical delivery of road design packages on infrastructure and development projects.\nPerform and review engineering calculations, design reports, drawings, and BIM models.\nGuide project teams through concept, preliminary, detailed, and construction design stages.\nReview road safety, operation, constructability, and maintenance requirements.\nPrepare and present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.\nSupport planning of resources and workload across design teams.\nConduct IDC and IDR reviews and ensure resolution of review comments.\nMentor junior engineers and support their technical growth.\nReview project submissions before issue to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.\nKeep management informed of project progress, challenges, and delivery risks.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nMinimum 14+ years of experience with at least 10 years with Saudi projects.\nBachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering. Masters will be an added advantage. \nStrong knowledge of urban road networks, highway design, and transportation infrastructure.\nAbility to independently lead design teams and manage project deliverables.\nGood understanding of grading design, cut and fill balance, and road drainage requirements.\nStrong knowledge of AASHTO, DMRB, MOT, MOMRAH, SHC, Amanah, and RCRC requirements.\nGood understanding of Saudi road approval processes and local authority requirements.\nAdvanced experience using Civil 3D for road corridor and roadway design.\nWorking knowledge of Auto TURN, Navisworks, InfraWorks, and BIM workflows.\nExperience reviewing BIM models up to LOD 350 and coordinating multidisciplinary models.\nStrong experience producing technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.\nAbility to interpret traffic studies and integrate findings into road designs.\nProven experience managing clients, authorities, design teams, schedules, and deliverables.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProfessional Engineer registration or equivalent professional certification.\nArabic speaker is highly preferrable.\nExperience on major Saudi development, transportation, or infrastructure programs.\nPrior experience working with Riyadh Amanah, RCRC, MOT, and other government authorities.\nExperience leading proposals, project planning activities, and technical bids.\nStrong understanding of digital delivery and BIM execution plans.· Experience managing multidisciplinary design reviews and stakeholder workshops.\nKnowledge of road safety audits and access management requirements.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.\nStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery requirements.\nAbility to make sound technical decisions with limited supervision.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
