In this role you will get to support the design, development, integration, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems while applying advanced expertise to solve unusually complex technical challenges.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nWorking on unusually complex technical problems and delivering highly innovative solutions.\n\nApplying extensive experience to analyze and assess system requirements, processes, and methodologies to ensure total system integration and performance.\n\nContributing to-and may lead-small teams in planning and implementing large programs while interfacing with senior management.\n\nSupporting long-range functional strategic planning under consultative direction.\n\nApplying advanced principles, theories, and concepts to determine and pursue courses of action needed to achieve desired results.\n\nPerforming additional responsibilities as required in support of engineering and system integration efforts.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nActive TS/SCI w/Poly\n\nAdvanced knowledge in the systems engineering job family; recognized as a subject matter expert.\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in teams and perform in a lead capacity.\n\nAbility to plan, assign, and supervise the work of others.\n\nKnowledge of application development tools, system enhancements, and capability development.\n\nStrong attention to detail.\n\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical/scientific discipline.\n\nAdvanced degree may be preferred.\n\n5+ years of related professional experience. 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring\nMaster's degree and 3+ years of experience\n\nExperience identifying new system capabilities, enhancements, and concept demonstrators.\n\nExperience supporting system integration and modernization of enterprise environments.\n\nAbility to interface with senior technical leadership (aligned with supervision received in the job profile).\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
