Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is seeking a seasoned Cyber Product Manager with strong background in Offensive Cyber Operations to join our growing team!\nUSCC Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking an experienced Cyber Product Manager to drive the development, delivery, and sustainment of mission critical cyber capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAFe Agile principles, thrives in highly dynamic environments, and has a strong track record of working with Product Owners, cyber operators, and cross-functional delivery teams to shape complex technical solutions into fielded capabilities that support national defense missions.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDefine and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems in support of OCO.\nProvide thought leadership and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions\nLead Product backlog refinement, ensuring features and capabilities are well defined, prioritized, and decomposed into actionable user stories.\nCollaborate with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to drive Program Increment (PI) execution, risk mitigation, and cross team collaboration.\nEngage with Joint Cyber Warfare stakeholders, NSA, Services and CCMDs to gather feedback and align capability delivery.\nParticipate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs) operational working groups, and other OCO forums.\nPartner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision, develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications\nCollaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications\nLead engagements alongside company partners as well as the top designers and technologists in the industry\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline specifically related to area of specialty and 10+ years of related professional experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree. \n Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance required.\nIn-depth knowledge of exploitation frameworks, reverse engineering tools, and offensive cyber techniques (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, IDA Pro, Ghidra).\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.\nFamiliar with SAFe.\nFacilitate interactions between all stakeholders and understand team needs.\nHands on personality that gets entrenched with product and constant engagement with stakeholders.\nMonitor and control schedules and their dependencies.\nStrong leadership, communication and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services.\nStrong background in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) with demonstrated experience in sensitive activities, with specific focus on Cyber Personas.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.\nBuild and implement product strategies aligned with the OCO PMOs vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize features.\nWork with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams, to gather feedback and shape product requirements.\nWhat Desired Skills You May Bring:\n12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline or 10 years with a Master’s degree in STEM or related discipline, or 16 years of relevant experience with HS degree.\nExperience with APTs: Demonstrated experience in tracking, analyzing, and mitigating Advanced Persistent Threats.\nProgramming Skills: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages commonly used in exploitation (e.g., Python, C/C++, Assembly).\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
