Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Planning Engineer to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDevelop, integrate, and maintain Level 1-4 schedules and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6.\nBuild robust logic, calendars, and coding structures; align interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.\nEstablish and control schedule baselines; perform regular updates, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.\nConduct critical and near-critical path analysis; run what-if scenarios; recommend recovery/acceleration strategies.\nPrepare resource-loaded schedules; perform resource analysis and leveling; identify bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions with discipline leads.\nSupport schedule risk assessments; document assumptions, quantify potential impacts, and track mitigations.\nPrepare and support time impact analyses for approved changes and identified delays; contribute to claims documentation as needed.\nProduce clear dashboards and reporting for project leadership and clients; facilitate schedule reviews and look-ahead planning.\nMentor junior planners and support continuous improvement of tools, templates, and procedures.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n7-10 years of progressive planning/scheduling experience on multi-disciplinary projects.\nAdvanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.\nExperience with Synchro Pro (4D/5D Planning).\nStrong command of CPM scheduling, baseline control, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.\nExperience with resource-loaded scheduling and cross-functional coordination.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProfessional certifications such as PMI-SP, AACE PSP, PMP (or equivalent).\nExperience with schedule quality and risk tools (e.g., Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).\nFamiliarity with DCMA 14-Point Assessment and AACE Recommended Practices.\nBackground supporting time impact analyses, delay analysis, and claims in EPC/Design-Build environments.\nPower BI/Tableau skills for schedule dashboards; data modeling/SQL familiarity is a plus.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.\nWe truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
