Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nPlanning Engineer (Building and Infrastructure)\nAbu Dhabi, UAE\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role you will lead planning, scheduling and progress control activities for major infrastructure / utility works, including programme reporting and time-related claims/EOT support.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nReview and support approval of contractor baseline and updated programmes in line with contract conditions and Parsons practices.\nDevelop and maintain integrated master schedules (multi-package), monitor interdependencies, and validate resource/schedule feasibility.\nAnalyze progress updates, identify delays / slippage and critical events, recommend mitigation / corrective actions and changes / variations.\nPrepare weekly / monthly progress reports, programme analysis, dashboards and presentations against key milestones.\nSupport claims/EOT assessments using delay analysis methods (e.g., TIA, window analysis) and maintain contemporaneous records and trackers/logs.\nCoordinate with stakeholders through progress/coordination meetings; support responses to contractor notices and issue schedule performance notices where required.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Engineering discipline.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling relevant Infrastructure / Utility projects.\nStrong Primavera scheduling capability.\nProven experience supporting claims/EOT and delay analysis. \nExcellent Communication and Reporting skills.\nSound Knowledge of High rise Buildings and associated infrastructure works.\nExperience with working on complex projects\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nThorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.\nConsultant/CS/PMC experience preferred.\nUAE experience \nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
