Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is seeking a PMIS Integrator to join our Owner’s Advisor team supporting the Medical Enlisted Training Campus (METC) Recapitalization Program at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. This mission-critical initiative will deliver five modern dormitory facilities for up to 6,000 joint-service medical students and the associated infrastructure.\nWorking alongside government leaders, military stakeholders, designers, and contractors, you will help manage risk, protect the government’s interests, and support the successful delivery of a high-profile Progressive Design-Build program. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark campus, advance innovative delivery methods, and help shape the future of large-scale Air Force infrastructure programs.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nConfigure and integrate the Project Management Information System so staff can track requirements, decisions, cost, schedule, quality, and turnover using consistent data. \nSupport practical workflows and trustworthy reporting across factory and site activities.\nDefine information requirements, data structures, identifiers, workflow ownership, and integration priorities with program leads.\nConfigure approved forms, workflows, permissions, dashboards, and interfaces within the selected technology environment.\nConnect schedule, cost, document, inspection, module-traceability, and asset datasets with validation and reconciliation controls.\nManage configuration changes, user acceptance testing, data migration checks, and approved release documentation.\nTrain users, resolve workflow issues, monitor data quality, and maintain configuration/support guides.\nCoordinate access, security, records retention, export, and handoff requirements with authorized IT/security personnel.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, construction management, or related field and 5+ years of PMIS, construction technology, or systems integration experience.\nExperience configuring workflows, role-based access, data models, dashboards, and controlled integrations.\nAbility to map construction business processes, test data interfaces, document changes, and train nontechnical users.\nHands-on experience implementing, configuring, administering, and integrating Autodesk Forma and Kahua PMIS platforms, including workflows, data integrations, reporting, and user support.\nAbility to obtain and maintain unescorted access to JBSA Fort Sam Houston.\nAbility to communicate effectively, maintain accurate records, collaborate across disciplines, and handle project information in approved systems.\nAbility to maintain a one team mentality amongst all stakeholders.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience with Power BI, SQL/APIs, Power Platform, Primavera interfaces, or comparable tools relevant to the selected environment.\nFederal information handling, modular asset traceability, construction data governance, and system turnover experience.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
