In this role you will get to contribute your expertise in the implementation of project management information systems on our large client Programs and grow as a member of the implementation delivery team at Parsons in EMEA. At this level, the PMIS Specialist has sufficient training, technical expertise and exposure to the Project and program environment to work almost independently on assigned projects.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nResponsible for PMWeb implementation, configuration, and administration to meet client and project’s requirements.\nLead the development of integration scenarios between technologies such as PMIS and ERP or PMIS and any specialist technology platforms using APIs and manage the integration program.\nBe flexible enough to learn new technologies the company adopts on various implementation projects.\nHeavily utilize your programming skillsets in a technical role of maintaining PMIS applications.\nLead information-gathering sessions with clients, analyze the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs and support their business plans.\nPerform data extraction from PMIS systems and build data models in PowerBi layer to allow visualizations for data analysis in PMIS.\nPrepare technical documentation and deliver technical training programs to the Client IT teams during the knowledge transfer phase on specialist technologies.\nCoordinate and review solutions designs with key stakeholders.\nDay-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Application, IT or from relevant engineering field from an accredited University/ Institute.\nMinimum 5-7 years of related work experience working on IT implementation projects handling integration and programming, PMIS implementation.\nExperience in implementing/administering industry-leading PMIS solutions.\nYou must have experience implementing market popular PMIS solutions like PMWeb or Unifier anddemonstrate proficiency in Advanced Query-Based Reporting using Microsoft SSRS along with a good understanding of Business Analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI with the ability to write DAX Queries.\nYou must demonstrate technical expertise using REST APIs be able to use them to complete integration pipelines.\nBuild integration programs using programming languages such as Java, .NET\nKnowledge and experience with project management and construction management environments is must.\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
