The ideal candidate will:\nSupport program and project planning, including onboarding, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and performance measures.\nTrack and report program and project status using appropriate project management tools and methodologies, ensuring early identification of delays, risks, and issues.\nCoordinate cross-functional milestone, dependency, and interdependency tracking across projects and functional areas.\nMaintain program tracking tools, SharePoint sites, document repositories, systems of record, and centralized PMO libraries, ensuring organization, accessibility, version control, and proper archiving.\nConduct data-quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain the accuracy and integrity of program information.\nSupport project, program, and portfolio-level business process analysis by documenting current- and future-state processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.\nTranslate complex business processes and program data into visual workflows, dashboards, and other tools that support analysis and decision-making.\nMonitor program budgets, burn rates, funding, financial performance, forecasts, and variances.\nReview and validate program financials, including ETC files, invoices, funding data, subcontractor charges, and vendor expenditures.\nIdentify and communicate funding risks, budget overruns and underruns, and other financial issues before they affect program execution.\nConduct requirements, business, economic, and feasibility analyses to support investment and program decisions.\nDevelop and support business cases, analyses of alternatives, rough-order-of-magnitude estimates, cost comparisons, risk analyses, and economic analyses.\nCollect and analyze program data, documentation, and stakeholder input to develop solutions, recommendations, and actionable insights.\nPrepare weekly and monthly program status reports, dashboards, and briefings covering financial performance, schedule, staffing, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and overall program health.\nStandardize and automate templates, reporting processes, dashboards, document repositories, and lessons-learned logs to improve consistency and efficiency.\nFacilitate meetings and stakeholder engagements; document decisions, action items, risks, and follow-up activities.\nCommunicate program status, plans, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly to technical teams, management, customers, and other stakeholders.\nProvide analytical support, technical guidance, and recommendations to program and project staff.\nProactively identify issues, develop viable solutions, and drive assigned actions through completion.\nProvide functional support to the Operations Manager by optimizing daily workflows, monitoring performance metrics, supporting resource allocation, and promoting alignment across functional teams.\nManage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across technical, functional, financial, and program teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Management or related field \nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management, business analysis, financial analysis, project management, operations, or a related field.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nExperience with budget tracking, financial analysis, forecasting, or program performance management.\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, trackers, and executive-level program updates.\nExperience with ETC/EAC, ROM estimates, cost analysis, financial forecasting, and analyses of alternatives.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience with SharePoint and program documentation management.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work independently while collaborating across teams.\n Active TS SCI to start, must be clearable to the CI poly level.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting DoD contracts, military organizations, or government programs.\nBackground in economic analysis, including cost analysis, cost-benefit analysis, economic feasibility studies, or evaluation of alternatives.\nExperience with DoD acquisition, budgeting, contracting, or program management processes.\nExperience supporting subcontractor management, vendor funding, or invoice administration.\nExperience automating recurring reports and developing program dashboards.\nExperience establishing standardized processes, templates, repositories, and reporting methodologies.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
