Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Digital Forensics Process Improvement Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will analyze CFL processes, identify operational improvements, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and performance across digital-forensics operations.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nIdentify bottlenecks, delays, duplicative activities, unnecessary handoffs, rework, error sources, and control weaknesses across CFL processes.\nDevelop corrective and preventive action recommendations to address process inefficiencies and control weaknesses.\nIdentify opportunities for standardization, automation, workflow redesign, improved data capture, and clearer roles and responsibilities.\nWork with the broader team to implement approved process improvements.\nDefine and refine operational performance measures.\nDevelop trend analyses, workload projections, and scenario-based improvement options.\nCollaborate with the broader team to implement data-driven process and performance improvements.\nEvaluate process results and recommend additional corrective actions or optimization opportunities as needed.\nSupport the development of process documentation, workflow maps, performance reports, and improvement plans.\nPromote continuous improvement, standardization, accountability, and operational effectiveness across CFL activities.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nActive Secret clearance.\nBachelor’s degree in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.\nMinimum of eight years of process-improvement or related experience.\nProven experience with or demonstrable knowledge of digital-forensics techniques and processes.\nExperience identifying process bottlenecks, delays, rework, duplicative activities, error sources, and control weaknesses.\nExperience developing corrective and preventive action recommendations and supporting implementation.\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to define operational performance measures and use data to support process-improvement decisions.\nAbility to develop trend analyses, workload projections, and scenario-based recommendations.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nLean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.\nProject Management Professional certification.\nCertified Business Process Professional certification.\nCertified Quality Auditor certification.\nCertified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence certification.\nCertified ScrumMaster or comparable agile certification.\nITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher.\nCertified Analytics Professional certification.\nExperience with workflow redesign, process mapping, automation, standardization, improved data capture, and role-definition initiatives.\nExperience developing operational dashboards, key performance indicators, workload models, process metrics, and continuous-improvement roadmaps.\nExperience supporting digital-forensics laboratory, case-management, evidence-handling, reporting, quality, or accreditation processes.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
