Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Director to join our team! In this role you will get to deliver complex luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, private clubs, or high-end mixed-use developments. The Project Director will act as the primary interface with the client, design consultants, operators, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, design integrity, cost, schedule, sustainability, and guest experience. .

What You'll Be Doing:

• • Lead the overall delivery of the ultra-luxury hospitality design project.
  • Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and project performance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
  • Lead coordination between designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and hotel operators.
  • Oversee design development, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Protect the project’s design vision, brand standards, guest experience, and quality objectives.
  • Review project progress, costs, schedules, risks, changes, and claims.
  • Lead design reviews, technical coordination, value engineering, and material approvals.
  • Monitor consultant and contractor performance and resolve project issues.
  • Manage project reporting, governance, and executive-level meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with Parsons’ quality, safety, ethics, and project management standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the project delivery team.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in project and design management.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering major luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, private clubs, or high-end mixed-use developments.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent leadership position.
  • Proven experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Strong understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality design, hotel operations, brand standards, guest experience, and luxury finishes.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary design consultants, contractors, suppliers, specialist vendors, and hotel operators.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, scheduling, risk management, change control, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing complex design interfaces and high-value bespoke packages.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and make timely, commercially sound decisions.
  • Experience working on large-scale, international, or high-profile hospitality developments.
