In this role you will get to deliver complex luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, private clubs, or high-end mixed-use developments. The Project Director will act as the primary interface with the client, design consultants, operators, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, design integrity, cost, schedule, sustainability, and guest experience. .\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead the overall delivery of the ultra-luxury hospitality design project.\nManage scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and project performance.\nServe as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.\nLead coordination between designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and hotel operators.\nOversee design development, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.\nProtect the project’s design vision, brand standards, guest experience, and quality objectives.\nReview project progress, costs, schedules, risks, changes, and claims.\nLead design reviews, technical coordination, value engineering, and material approvals.\nMonitor consultant and contractor performance and resolve project issues.\nManage project reporting, governance, and executive-level meetings.\nEnsure compliance with Parsons’ quality, safety, ethics, and project management standards.\nLead, mentor, and develop the project delivery team.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 20 years of relevant experience in project and design management.\nDemonstrated experience delivering major luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, private clubs, or high-end mixed-use developments.\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent leadership position.\nProven experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.\nStrong understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality design, hotel operations, brand standards, guest experience, and luxury finishes.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary design consultants, contractors, suppliers, specialist vendors, and hotel operators.\nStrong knowledge of project controls, cost management, scheduling, risk management, change control, procurement, and contract administration.\nExperience managing complex design interfaces and high-value bespoke packages.\nExcellent client-facing, communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.\nAbility to manage senior stakeholders and make timely, commercially sound decisions.\nExperience working on large-scale, international, or high-profile hospitality developments.\n\nMinimum Clearance Required to Start: ConfidentialParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
