As the primary interface between Parsons and the customer, you will be responsible for driving program execution, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and positioning the team to consistently exceed expectations. You will play a critical role in aligning technical performance, operational priorities, staffing, and long-term program success.\nThis position is ideal for a leader who can balance customer engagement, team leadership, operational excellence, and talent development. From ice cream socials and pizza lunches to family-friendly seasonal events and technical engagement through our Cybersecurity Center of Excellence Lab in Columbia, MD, we work hard to create an environment where people enjoy showing up, learning, and contributing.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and manage a large cybersecurity team delivering the full suite of cyber forensics capabilities\nServe as the primary point of contact between Parsons and the Government customer\nEnsure high-quality program execution, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction\nOversee staffing, task execution, priorities, schedules, and overall program health\nPartner closely with technical subject matter experts to maximize team effectiveness and mission impact\nProvide leadership, mentorship, and career development support to team members\nDrive a culture of accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement\nAnticipate customer needs, identify risks early, and implement solutions that keep the program on track\nHelp position the team and program for sustained success and growth\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nActive PMP certification\nBachelors and 15+ years total experience.\nAt least 5 years of experience within the last 10 years managing projects or programs of similar size and complexity\nAt least 3 years of experience within the last 5 years overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects of similar size and complexity\nAt least 3 years of experience within the last 5 years performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts (e.g., performance metrics)\nDemonstrated success leading large, complex teams in a mission-driven environment\nStrong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills\nAbility to make decisions and commit the organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, and proactively alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic/resource limitations\nAbility to lead technical teams while aligning operational execution with strategic priorities\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring\nExperience managing cybersecurity, digital forensics, or other highly technical mission support programs\nPrior experience supporting Government or national security customers\nProven ability to lead high-performing teams and grow talent in complex operational environments\nExperience balancing technical delivery, customer expectations, staffing, and program performance\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
