Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Systems Program Manager to lead the execution and growth of the ESS VIII Multiple Award Task Order Contract. This is an opportunity to shape performance across a portfolio of task orders, guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen customer relationships, and help develop the project-management talent supporting the program.\nThe successful candidate will bring strong program leadership, financial and contract-management expertise, and the ability to translate customer commitments into disciplined execution. You will work across technical, operational, and corporate functions to manage risk, improve consistency, support new opportunities, and deliver reliable results across the task-order portfolio.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nProvide overall leadership and oversight for the ESS VIII MATOC and active task orders.\nEstablish consistent processes for task-order planning, execution, reporting, risk management, change management, and closeout.\nLead, support, and develop project managers and multidisciplinary task-order teams.\nMonitor scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, safety, deliverables, and customer commitments across the task-order portfolio.\nReview financial performance, forecasts, labor utilization, funding, commitments, and projected margins.\nIdentify and manage cost, schedule, contractual, technical, staffing, and customer risks; establish and track corrective actions.\nCoordinate with contracts, procurement, subcontracts, finance, quality, safety, engineering, operations, and business development.\nOversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of task-order modifications, change orders, and other contractual actions.\nSupport opportunity identification, bid/no-bid decisions, capture planning, proposal development, and follow-on business.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers, contracting personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and teaming partners.\nLead regular program reviews and ensure decisions and action items are clearly assigned, tracked, and completed.\nProvide coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and professional-development support to project managers and technical staff.\nPromote lessons learned, standard tools, and effective project-management practices across the ESS VIII MATOC.\nProvide company leadership with timely, accurate reporting on program performance, financial results, risks, opportunities, and required decisions.\nPerform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related technical or business discipline.\nFifteen or more years of progressively responsible experience in program management, project management, electronic security systems, engineering, construction, operations, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects, task orders, contracts, or programs.\nExperience managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, scope, risks, subcontractors, and customer relationships.\nExperience mentoring or developing project managers and professional staff.\nExperience supporting business development, capture management, proposal development, or follow-on work preferred.\nStrong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated financial, commercial, and business-management acumen.\nAbility to lead multiple concurrent task orders and balance competing priorities.\nStrong customer-engagement, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and relationship-management skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.\nUnderstanding of electronic security systems and related engineering, integration, installation, commissioning, and sustainment activities.\nKnowledge of applicable industry practices, regulations, and contract requirements.\nAbility to identify business-development opportunities and contribute to capture and proposal activities.\nAbility to lead effectively in a matrixed organization.\nAbility to meet applicable company project-management certification requirements.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProject Management Professional certification or equivalent is required.\nProfessional Security registration (i.e. CSPM, PSP, CPP, etc.) is a plus.\nMust complete and pass Parsons’ project-management certification course.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
