Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nProgramme Implementation Manager\nDoha, Qatar\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Programme Implementation Manager to join our team!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nKey responsibilities\nSupport development and implementation of the joint E&M Transformation Framework.\nDrive practical implementation of the E&M Improvement Programme across Metro and Tram O&M, coordinating engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, asset management and subcontractor interfaces to ensure agreed improvements are workable and embedded in day-to-day delivery.\nProvide practical railway O&M support to the E&M Transformation Programme, working across relevant workstreams and with engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, asset management, commercial and subcontractor stakeholders to translate identified improvement opportunities into practical, coordinated and sustainable operational improvements.\nFacilitate maintenance optimisation and innovation, coordinating objective assessment of optimisation opportunities against safety, operational, commercial and whole-life-cost considerations, and other data-driven maintenance approaches.\nOversee the implementation and embedding of E&M transformation initiatives, providing practical O&M input to operational, organisational and capability changes and helping ensure improvements are workable, appropriately resourced and sustainable within business-as-usual operations.\nVerify that improvements are effectively implemented and sustainable, working with accountable business owners to confirm that new processes, controls and working practices are embedded into business-as-usual operations and supported by appropriate evidence.\nKey deliverables\nE&M Transformation Implemntation plan\nIntegrated implementation schedule, milestone tracker, action and deliverables register.\nImplementation risk, issue and dependency register.\nPeriodic implementation progress reports\nImplementation evidence and close-out records.\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Railway, Maintenance engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university.\nMinimum 10+ years of experience on a similar profile from major rail projects.\nPractical experience in railway, metro, or tram operations and maintenance.\nBroad knowledge of Engineering and Maintenance systems and practices, rather than expertise limited to a single system.\nExperience collaborating with engineering, operations, maintenance planning, safety assurance, asset management, and subcontractor teams.\nUnderstanding of preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance strategies.\nAbility to assess maintenance records, technical submissions, asset-condition information, and operational performance data.\nProven experience implementing improvements within a live railway or other operational environment.\nFamiliarity with asset-management systems aligned with ISO 55001 principles.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProfessional engineering or asset-management membership is desirable.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
