Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Project Commercial Manager to join our site-based construction supervision and project management team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLeading allcommercial, contracts, and cost management activitiesfor the project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Parsons’ standards.\n\nAdministeringFIDIC or similar forms of contract, including managing variations, claims, extensions of time, and dispute avoidance/resolution.\n\nOverseeingprocurement and contract awards, including preparation, review, and negotiation of contract documents, and coordination with legal and corporate teams as required.\n\nManaging and validatingpayment certificates, invoices, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate cost capture and budget control.\n\nMonitoringproject budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, and providing regular commercial reports and dashboards to the client and senior management.\n\nEstablishing and maintaining robustchange management processes, including evaluation, negotiation, and formalization of change orders.\n\nProvidingcommercial risk assessmentsand mitigation strategies, and advising the project leadership on contractual and commercial risk exposure.\n\nLeading and mentoring thecommercial and quantity surveying team, ensuring consistent application of procedures, standards, and best practices.\n\nLiaising with the client, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues and maintain strong working relationships.\n\nSupportingproject audits, compliance reviews, and internal governance requirements, ensuring adherence to Parsons and client policies.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying , Construction Contracts or related field\n10+15 years of experience is required.
