Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nProject Controls Specialist\nJob Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project controls activities including cost management, financial reporting, invoice administration, contract administration, change management, Procore administration, and project office operations support for a major aviation capital improvement program.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nMonitor project budgets, allowances, commitments, change orders, and remaining balances.\nIdentify cost variances and coordinate resolution with the Project Controls Manager.\nPrepare financial reports, cost tracking logs, and SBE utilization reports.\nReview subcontractor and consultant payment applications and coordinate monthly invoicing activities.\nMaintain purchase order, contract, and change order logs.\nSupport Change Review Committee meetings and process approved change requests.\nServe as the project Procore Administrator, managing workflows, commitments, change orders, invoicing, direct costs, reporting, and user permissions.\nGenerate project controls reports, dashboards, and financial status reports.\nCoordinate document control, closeout documentation, and project records management.\nPerform project office coordination duties including ordering office supplies, coordinating vendor and delivery activities, organizing working lunches, and supporting team engagement events and project functions.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Controls, Contract Administration, Construction Administration, or related project support roles.\nDemonstrated experience supporting aviation, airport, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure capital improvement projects.\nAdvanced proficiency with Procore including commitments, direct costs, invoicing, change management, reporting, workflow administration, and document control.\nExperience serving as a Procore Administrator on construction, aviation, or infrastructure projects.\nStrong understanding of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, financial reporting, and change management processes.\nAbility to coordinate project office operations, vendor interactions, and team-support activities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nSecurity Clearance Requirement: None\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Corporate team.For over 80 years, Parsons Corporation, has shaped the future of the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets.
