In this role you will get to work on water infrastructure projects in Southern Nevada.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nImplements and maintains Project Planning and Scheduling.\n\nReviews contractor and consultant baseline schedules to verify compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and accepted scheduling practices\n\nEvaluate cost-loaded and resource loaded schedules to validate budgets and resource allocations\n\nReview periodic schedule updates submitted by contractors and consultants\n\nPerform Critical Path method analysis to identify controlling activities, near critical paths, float, sequencing issues, and potential impacts\n\nAssess schedule quality through detailed reviews of logic ties, activity durations, calendars, constraints, lag usage, out-of-sequence progress, open-ended activities\n\nReview and analyze time impact analysis submittals to determine the validity of proposed schedule impacts\n\nProvide schedule forecasting and risk assessments\n\nPrepare comprehensive schedule review reports documenting findings, deficiencies, schedule concerns, compliance issues\n\nCoordinate with design management and construction management personnel to resolve schedule discrepancies, discuss schedule performance, and support project controls processes\n\nPerforms other functions associated with this position as appropriate.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\n4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of related work experience.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software\n\nStrong knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling principles and schedule quality analysis\n\nExperience reviewing design consultant, contractor, cost-loaded, and resource-loaded schedules\n\nFamiliarity with Time Impact Analysis, delay analysis methodologies, schedule risk assessment, and construction claims\n\nAbility to prepare clear technical reports and communicate schedule findings\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nPreferred experience working on PMCM contracts\n\nPreferred experience working with a public agency\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
