The Coordination Engineer - Infrastructure is responsible for coordinating the design and follow up on the development of infrastructure projects. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality designs that meet project requirements.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCoordinate infrastructure design activities across multiple teams and disciplines.\nEnsure design deliverables align with project goals, timelines, and budgets.\nAct as the point of contact between design teams, authorities, and clients.\nFacilitate communication between internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.\nConduct quality checks on design documents and specifications.\nEnsure designs meet safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.\nPrepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and compliance records.\nPrepare reports and presentations to brief management and client on the project progress. \nEnsure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.\nStay updated on changes in infrastructure design standards and codes.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field - Masters degree is preferable.\n3-5 years of relative experience in infrastructure design or project coordination.\nExperience managing design projects from concept to completion.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience in sustainable infrastructure design.\nFamiliarity with GIS tools and data analysis.\nFamiliar with ADQCC Standards\nProblem-solving and critical thinking.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nAdaptability and flexibility in dynamic project environments.\nClient and statutory authorities interfacing skills.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.\nWe truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
