Job Description:\nProject Coordination Engineer - Emirati\nLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE\nParsons is seeking a motivated Project Coordination Engineer - Emirati to support the project team in coordinating the day-to-day operational and technical activities associated related works.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, utility, and infrastructure teams.Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, models, and technical documents to identify clashes, discrepancies, and coordination issues.\nPrepare and maintain coordination drawings, technical logs, reports, and project records.Attend coordination meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on outstanding actions.Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements.\nCoordinate with site teams to collect technical information, progress updates, and as-built data.\nReport to the Resident Engineer and support the coordination and supervision of road and infrastructure construction works.\nLiaise with Parsons’ design engineers to resolve technical and design-related issues.Maintain daily diaries and ensure that inspectors’ daily reports are accurate and complete.Coordinate with contractor engineers regarding work schedules, manpower, equipment, and resource allocation.\nOrganize and chair coordination meetings with service authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.Ensure project records and documentation are properly maintained.Support the achievement of project safety objectives and the implementation of approved safety procedures.\nParticipate actively in health and safety activities as directed by the Resident Engineer and project safety representatives.\nSupport quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project.\nWhat Required Skills You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nFresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.\nBasic understanding of construction activities, infrastructure works, and engineering drawings.\nGood written and spoken English communication skills.Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work effectively with contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams.\nMust be a UAE National.Must be currently available in the UAE.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.\nWe truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
