In this role the Project Coordinator will maintain and monitor project coordination, plans, schedules, working hours, organize meetings, and provide administrative assistance and office support to ensure effective operation for the project.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCoordinate with the management team in daily projects tasks.\n\nAssist in day-to-day project management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.\n\nManage and control all project-related communications to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely information flow across stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate and oversee all project deliverables, ensuring timely submission and adherence to contractual and technical requirements.\n\nImplement and monitor project quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications.\n\nPrepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking.\n\nDevelop reports and dashboard, coordinate with project control for financial reporting, develop minutes of meetings.\n\nSupport stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring that expectations are managed and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nProvide direction and support to project team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nMaintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, and supplier requirements.\n\nParticipate in project coordination between disciplines, shares project updates, organize team meetings, put together documents from various departments.\n\nAssist in procurement by creating RFQ, making tender analysis, and coordinate with procurement department from tender to award, coordinate with subcontractor on behalf of APM,\n\nDevelop schedule update.\n\nWrite draft letters for PM review, attend meetings with PM and clients.\n\nSupport PM in writing claims.\n\nDevelop establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required and under the direction of the APM and PM.\n\nSupport proposal effort, coordinate with all discipline to develop technical proposals and level of effort under the supervision and direction of APM and PM.\n\nPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n\nExcellent written and oral communications\n\nExcellent computer literacy\n\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other engineering-related software tools.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices applicable to infrastructure planning and execution.\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
