In this role, you will support project planning, design coordination, and execution activities while working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. You will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by assisting with technical coordination, monitoring progress, supporting project documentation, and helping ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.\nWhat You'll Be Doin g\nSupport project planning activities, including scope development, scheduling, and progress tracking.\nAssist in reviewing engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support project design and delivery.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to project leadership.\nSupport site activities by coordinating with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.\nAssist in identifying technical issues and contribute to developing practical solutions.\nEnsure project documentation is maintained and updated in accordance with project requirements.\nParticipate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.\nSupport compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.\nAssist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical reports.\nCollaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.\nSupport risk identification and mitigation efforts throughout project execution.\nAssist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project status updates.\nSupport coordination with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required.\nContribute to cost monitoring and resource tracking activities.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline.\n0-2 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, or project delivery environments.\nFresh graduates with strong internship or cooperative training experience are encouraged to apply.\nBasic understanding of project delivery and engineering principles.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nFamiliarity with engineering and project management software is an advantage.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and health & safety requirements is a plus.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
