Parsons creates game-changing space solutions by teaming highly respected subject matter experts with brilliant technologists.\nParsons is seeking a Senior Technical Project Leader who has extensive experience in software development and project management for Navy software systems. In this role you will get to support a high visibility Navy Program.\nWhat You’ll be Doing:\nLead complex software engineering sustainment projects, ensuring on time, within-budget delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with Navy requirements\nManage project teams, stakeholders, and resources, while leveraging a software development background to provide technical oversight and risk mitigation\nResponsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust have a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph\n10 years or more of professional experience in software development and project management\nAt least 5 years leading large, complex projects\nMaster’s degree, or an authorized substitution for a bachelor’s degree plus four additional years of relevant experience\nExcellent stakeholder-management skills to include military, GOV and CTR\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative/distributed team environment\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite\nExperience working on Navy software systems\nExperience managing software development teams and technical personnel\nDesired Qualifications:\nAn active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is preferred\nExperience managing government-funded contracts\nExperience supporting Navy programs, NAVWAR, NIWC Pacific, NIWC Atlantic\nSecurity Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
