Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nAre you ready to apply your project management expertise to complex urban development and infrastructure projects?\nParsons is seeking a talented Project Manager with extensive experience in project and design management to lead the successful delivery of urban development, master planning, infrastructure, road, and bridge projects. The role involves managing all project phases, from initiation and planning through design, execution, and closeout, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, resources, deliverables, and commercial performance. The role requires a strong leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain effective internal collaboration, and build productive relationships with clients, contractors, subconsultants, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nManage projects from initiation through planning, design, execution, and closeout.\nLead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including internal staff, contractors, subconsultants, and technical specialists.\nDevelop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, execution plans, deliverables, and reporting requirements.\nCoordinate design activities, technical reviews, interfaces, approvals, and deliverable control.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including potential delays, cost overruns, scope changes, and technical issues.\nDevelop and implement corrective-action plans to address project risks and performance issues.\nMonitor project budgets, forecasts, commitments, financial status, and cost performance to control costs and prevent scope creep.\nMaintain effective communication with clients, project teams, contractors, subconsultants, regulatory authorities, and Company management.\nCoordinate with relevant authorities to support permits, approvals, regulatory compliance, and statutory requirements.\nLead project-status meetings and monitor key milestones, costs, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.\nSupport client relations, stakeholder engagement, regulatory coordination, and business-development activities.\nEnsure projects achieve successful technical, financial, commercial, safety, and quality outcomes.\nPromote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout project delivery.\nSupport business development by identifying opportunities for additional services and maintaining strong client relationships.\nReview bid documents and support procurement and tendering activities as required.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering\nMinimum14 years of total professional experience, primarily in project management and design management.\nExperience managing complex urban development, master planning, infrastructure, roads, bridges, engineering, or construction projects.\nDemonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, safety, resources, contracts, and commercial performance.\nStrong experience in design coordination, technical reviews, interface management, deliverable control, and integration of design requirements into project execution.\nProven ability to control costs, prevent scope creep, mitigate risks, and implement effective corrective actions.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully from both technical and commercial perspectives.\nStrong internal team leadership and external client-management skills.\nExperience coordinating with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, permits, and approval requirements.\nBroad technical and business knowledge, with a strong understanding of project and design management principles.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nExperience delivering major infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region.\nFamiliarity with local authority requirements and approval processes.\nProfessional registration and Parsons Project Manager Development certification may be required.\nPMP certification is preferred.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
