In this role you will get to work on one of the biggest airports in the world.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nOur client is in pursuit to fill a Project Management position that will oversee and support a terminal renovation. The candidate shall have proven leadership acumen that includes the ability to communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders, executive leaders, and the entire project team. This position will report to a Senior Project Manager. The position is full-time and onsite at LAX. \nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nMinimum of 15+ years of management experience with heavy civil and vertical design and construction programs that involve aviation\nA four-year degree is required, in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred\nExperience with a variety of construction methodologies and materials\nExperience with ground up construction, aviation experience is a plus\nExperience successfully managing the successful financial and schedule performance for a project\nExperience representing the owner in the role of project management during all stages of the program\nUnderstanding of airport and airline operations and working within an operating environment\nUnderstanding of design and construction methodologies, delivery methods, solicitation of services and project life-cycles\nMaintaining an excellent working relationship with the design and construction professionals geared towards open communications and mutual problem solving in the best interest of the project and all other parties involved\nAbility to effectively present to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively\nFollow client processes and technical requirements and ensure project meets technical requirements\nCandidates will work in a transparent and ethical manner and ensure the client is aware of all aspects of the project and well as forecasts\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite is required\nExperience with Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam is required\nExperience with PMWeb or Prolog is a plus\nMust have a self-starter attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; and willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nMust be detail oriented and highly organized\nProfessional Engineering License or Registered Architect License is preferred\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
