Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.\nParsons is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager (Infrastructure Design) to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Director, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of medium to large infrastructure projects in line with client requirements, contractual obligations, and company procedures. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, internal resources, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including development of scope, budgets, schedules, resource plans and implementation strategies.\n\nManage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project requirements, expectations, and deliverables are met.\n\nMonitor project performance, resources, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions to address risks and challenges.\n\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities to ensure efficient project delivery.\n\nLead project staffing, team development, performance management, and mentoring of direct reports.\n\nLead project planning and controls, including budgets, schedules, risk management, change management, and recovery strategies to address project challenges.\n\nEnsure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nOversee compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and company quality management systems while promoting technical and commercial excellence.\n\nManage project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations, including negotiation of scope changes with clients and subcontractors.\n\nChair project meetings, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of project activities and performance.\n\nSupport business development by identifying opportunities for additional services and maintaining strong client relationships.\n\nReview bid documents and support procurement and tendering activities as required.\n\nProvide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for project personnel to develop high-performing teams.\n\nPerform other project management duties necessary to ensure successful project completion.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field from a recognized university.\n\nMinimum 12 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure design projects.\n\nMinimum 2 years as Project Manager experience managing multidisciplinary teams.\n\nProven experience delivering complex infrastructure design projects within budget and schedule constraints.\n\nStrong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, and commercial management.\n\nStrong understanding of design delivery of infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges, utilities, drainage, public realm, and associated civil works.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and client-facing skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\n\nMust have Abu Dhabi experience.\n\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProfessional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).\n\nExperience delivering major infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region.\n\nFamiliarity with local authority requirements and approval processes.\n\nChartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation is advantageous.\n\nExperience managing multidisciplinary consultants and international project teams.\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
