Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an exceptionally talented QA Engineer to join our site-based Construction Supervision team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh.\nThe project comprises the design, enabling, and main works for a large-scale destination development featuring several iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Delivered under a client governance framework with stringent programme, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent, end-to-end supervision and management, ensuring that all works are completed, integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over to support both successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nImplement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with Parsons and client requirements.\nMonitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved quality standards, specifications, and procedures.\nConduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities across project sites.\nReview and approve Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and related quality documentation.\nIdentify, document, and track Non-Conformances (NCRs), Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions (CAPA).\nAnalyze quality performance trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure effective implementation of QA/QC processes by contractors and subcontractors.\nPrepare quality reports, audit findings, and performance metrics for project management and clients.\nSupport testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements.\nProvide quality training, guidance, and technical support to project teams.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on quality-related matters.\nEnsure compliance with Parsons quality standards, client requirements, and applicable industry codes and regulations.\nMentor and support junior quality personnel as required.\nPerform other duties related to quality assurance and project delivery as assigned.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related discipline.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nCertified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.\nASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), CMQ/OE, or equivalent certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.\nMembership in a recognized Quality organization is preferred.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
