In this role, you will oversee quality-assurance activities, laboratory readiness, compliance, and corrective-action processes supporting a digital-forensics laboratory.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nEnsure contractor-performed activities comply with the CFL Quality Assurance Program.\nEnsure the physical laboratory space and equipment remain operational, including coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of laboratory standard operating procedures.\nMonitor contractor compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ANAB-related requirements.\nCoordinate internal quality reviews, technical peer reviews, corrective actions, and audit preparations.\nMaintain readiness for Government and ANAB assessments.\nTrack quality indicators, report deficiencies, rework, procedural errors, and corrective actions.\nEnsure technical personnel complete required competency tests and maintain current qualifications.\nSupport the development and implementation of quality-control processes.\nIdentify potential major or minor nonconformities and ensure timely escalation and corrective action.\nMaintain accurate quality records and documentation supporting laboratory compliance, readiness, and continuous improvement.\nCoordinate with technical personnel, laboratory leadership, contractors, auditors, and government representatives as required.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nEligibility for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.\nBachelor’s degree in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.\nMinimum of five years of experience supporting quality assurance and/or digital-forensics activities.\nProven experience with or demonstrable knowledge of digital-forensics techniques and processes.\nWorking knowledge of quality-assurance programs, laboratory procedures, corrective actions, and audit preparation.\nFamiliarity with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and ANAB accreditation-related processes.\nAbility to identify potential nonconformities, document deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions, and track issues through closure.\nStrong organizational, analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to maintain accurate, traceable, and auditable quality records.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical personnel, contractors, laboratory leadership, and government stakeholders.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience supporting a digital-forensics laboratory quality program.\nExperience preparing for or supporting Government, ANAB, ISO/IEC 17025, or other laboratory assessments.\nExperience coordinating technical peer reviews, competency testing, internal audits, corrective actions, and quality metrics.\nExperience supporting laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, repairs, and operational-readiness activities.\nExperience developing, implementing, and maintaining laboratory SOPs and quality-control processes.\nExperience tracking deficiencies, rework, procedural errors, nonconformities, performance indicators, and corrective-action effectiveness.\nExperience supporting digital-forensics examinations, evidence-handling procedures, forensic reporting, or technical casework.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
